


齒(chi)(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)軸器(qi)是由(you)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)數(shu)相同的(de)內齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)和(he)帶外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)凸緣半聯(lian)軸器(qi)等零件組成。外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)分(fen)為(wei)直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種(zhong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing),所謂鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)即為(wei)將外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)制成球面(mian),球面(mian)中心在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪軸線(xian)上,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)側(ce)間隙較(jiao)一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪大,鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)可允許較(jiao)大的(de)角位移(相對于直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)),可改善齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)接觸條件,提高傳遞轉(zhuan)矩的(de)能力,延長使用壽(shou)命。



齒式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)在工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時,兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)產生相對位移,內外齒的(de)齒面周期(qi)性作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)相對滑(hua)(hua)動,必(bi)然形成齒面磨損和功(gong)率損耗,因此(ci)齒式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)需在良(liang)好(hao)潤滑(hua)(hua)和密封的(de)狀態下(xia)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。



齒式聯軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)徑向尺寸小,承載能力大(da),常(chang)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)低(di)速重(zhong)(zhong)載工況條件的(de)軸系傳動(dong),如冶(ye)金、礦山(shan)、起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)運輸行業(ye),也適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)石油、化工、通用(yong)(yong)機(ji)(ji)械等(deng)行業(ye)。高(gao)(gao)精度并經(jing)動(dong)平(ping)衡的(de)齒式聯軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)可用(yong)(yong)于(yu)高(gao)(gao)速傳動(dong),如燃(ran)汽(qi)輪機(ji)(ji)的(de)軸系傳動(dong)。由于(yu)鼓(gu)形齒式聯軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)角向補償(chang)大(da)于(yu)直齒式聯軸器(qi)(qi)(qi),國內外均廣泛采(cai)用(yong)(yong)鼓(gu)形齒式聯軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)。
