卷筒聯(lian)軸器由帶鼓形齒(chi)的(de)(de)外齒(chi)軸套、帶聯(lian)接法蘭和(he)(he)內(nei)齒(chi)圈的(de)(de)外套、帶外球面的(de)(de)承(cheng)載環、端(duan)蓋和(he)(he)密封圈等組成,并設有定位磨(mo)損(sun)指(zhi)針(zhen)、潤滑油(you)孔和(he)(he)通氣孔等。
外(wai)齒軸套和外(wai)套構成(cheng)的鼓形齒式聯軸器傳遞驅動功率(lv), 而(er)由承載環(huan)的外(wai)球(qiu)面(mian)和外(wai)套的內(nei)承載面(mian)形成(cheng)的接(jie)觸副構成(cheng)自動調(diao)位的球(qiu)面(mian)軸承,承受徑向載荷。聯軸器的內(nei)、外(wai)齒嚙合在(zai)油(you)浴(yu)中工作,通過內(nei)外(wai)端蓋、密(mi)封圈防止(zhi)潤(run)滑脂泄漏。
