對輪聯軸器在(zai)工作過程中,并且會帶(dai)來燃油(you)消(xiao)耗空氣污染等(deng)后(hou)果(guo),由于承受咬入(ru)沖(chong)擊動載荷,使得(de)聯軸器受到(dao)峰(feng)值轉矩,聯軸器承載能力(li)下降,并在(zai)短時間內失效,從而直接影響其(qi)正(zheng)常工作,其(qi)中的(de)較薄弱環節進(jin)行替(ti)換或維修(xiu)是重要和(he)實用的(de)。聯軸器兩(liang)軸相對半徑變位要求較好,找耦合(he)同(tong)心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很(hen)大困難。如果(guo)在(zai)駕駛過程中螺栓松動,泵裝(zhuang)置的(de)振動和(he)噪音可能會變大。
