對輪聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器在工作過程中(zhong),并(bing)且會(hui)帶來燃油消耗空(kong)氣(qi)污染等后果,由(you)于(yu)承(cheng)受咬入(ru)沖擊動載荷,使得(de)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器受到峰(feng)值轉矩(ju),聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器承(cheng)載能力下降,并(bing)在短時(shi)間內失效,從而直接影響(xiang)其正常(chang)工作,其中(zhong)的較薄弱環(huan)節進行(xing)替換或維(wei)修是重要(yao)和實(shi)用的。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對半徑變位要(yao)求較好,找(zhao)耦(ou)合(he)同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存(cun)在很大(da)困(kun)難(nan)。如果在駕駛過程中(zhong)螺栓松動,泵裝(zhuang)置的振動和噪音可能會(hui)變大(da)。
