專業(ye)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)是由齒(chi)(chi)(chi)數相同的內齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈和帶外(wai)(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的凸緣(yuan)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)等零件(jian)組成。外(wai)(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)分為直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)和鼓形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing)(xing),所(suo)謂(wei)鼓形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)即為將外(wai)(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)制(zhi)成球(qiu)面,球(qiu)面中心在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪軸(zhou)線(xian)上(shang),齒(chi)(chi)(chi)側間(jian)隙較(jiao)一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪大,鼓形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)可(ke)允(yun)許較(jiao)大的角(jiao)位移(yi)(相對于直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)),可(ke)改善齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的接觸條件(jian),提高傳遞轉矩的能力,延長使(shi)用壽命。
專(zhuan)業齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器在工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),兩軸(zhou)產生相對位(wei)移,內外齒(chi)的(de)齒(chi)面周(zhou)期性作(zuo)軸(zhou)向相對滑動,必(bi)然形(xing)成齒(chi)面磨損(sun)和功率損(sun)耗,因此齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器需在良(liang)好潤滑和密封的(de)狀態(tai)下工(gong)作(zuo)。
專業(ye)齒式(shi)(shi)聯軸器(qi)徑向尺寸(cun)小,承載能力(li)大,常用(yong)于(yu)低(di)速重載工(gong)況(kuang)條件的(de)軸系傳動(dong)(dong),如(ru)冶金、礦山、起重運輸行業(ye),也(ye)適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)石(shi)油(you)、化工(gong)、通用(yong)機(ji)械等(deng)行業(ye)。高(gao)精度并經動(dong)(dong)平衡的(de)齒式(shi)(shi)聯軸器(qi)可用(yong)于(yu)高(gao)速傳動(dong)(dong),如(ru)燃(ran)汽輪(lun)機(ji)的(de)軸系傳動(dong)(dong)。由于(yu)鼓形齒式(shi)(shi)聯軸器(qi)的(de)角向補(bu)償(chang)大于(yu)直齒式(shi)(shi)聯軸器(qi),國內(nei)外均廣(guang)泛采用(yong)鼓形齒式(shi)(shi)聯軸器(qi)。
