直(zhi)齒(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器是由齒(chi)數相同的(de)(de)內(nei)齒(chi)圈和(he)帶外齒(chi)的(de)(de)凸緣半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸器等零件組成(cheng)。外齒(chi)分為直(zhi)齒(chi)和(he)鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)兩(liang)種齒(chi)形,所(suo)謂鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)即為將(jiang)外齒(chi)制成(cheng)球面,球面中心在(zai)齒(chi)輪軸線上,齒(chi)側(ce)間隙較一(yi)般齒(chi)輪大,鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器可允許較大的(de)(de)角位移(相對于(yu)直(zhi)齒(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器),可改善齒(chi)的(de)(de)接觸條件,提高傳遞轉矩(ju)的(de)(de)能(neng)力,延長使用壽命。
