卷(juan)筒聯軸器(qi)由帶鼓(gu)形齒的(de)(de)外(wai)齒軸套、帶聯接(jie)法蘭和內(nei)齒圈的(de)(de)外(wai)套、帶外(wai)球面的(de)(de)承載環、端蓋(gai)和密封(feng)圈等(deng)組成，并(bing)設有定位磨損(sun)指針、潤滑(hua)油孔(kong)(kong)和通氣孔(kong)(kong)等(deng)。

外齒軸套和外套構成(cheng)的(de)鼓(gu)形齒式聯軸器傳遞(di)驅動功率, 而(er)由承載環的(de)外球(qiu)面和外套的(de)內(nei)承載面形成(cheng)的(de)接觸副(fu)構成(cheng)自動調位的(de)球(qiu)面軸承，承受(shou)徑向載荷。聯軸器的(de)內(nei)、外齒嚙(nie)合在油浴中工作(zuo),通過(guo)內(nei)外端蓋、密封圈防止潤滑脂泄漏。
