SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用整(zheng)體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他(ta)重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上，是(shi)運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。
