蛇簧聯軸器其主要結構是由兩個半聯軸節，兩個半外罩，兩個密封圈及蛇形彈簧片組成。它是靠蛇簧嵌入兩半聯軸節的齒槽內來傳遞扭矩，聯軸器以蛇形彈簧片嵌入兩個半聯軸節的齒槽內，來實現主動軸與從動軸的鏈接。蛇型彈簧聯軸器運(yun)轉時(shi)，是(shi)靠(kao)主動(dong)端齒(chi)面對蛇簧(huang)的軸向作用力帶動(dong)從(cong)動(dong)端，來傳遞(di)扭矩，如(ru)此在很大程(cheng)度上(shang)避免了共(gong)振(zhen)現象發生，且簧(huang)片在傳遞(di)扭矩時(shi)所(suo)產生的彈(dan)性變量，使機(ji)械系統能獲得較好(hao)的減(jian)振(zhen)效果，其(qi)平均減(jian)振(zhen)率(lv)達36%以(yi)上(shang)。
