SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重載(zai)大(da)型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼(gang)機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)(yun)輸機械等(deng)其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使(shi)(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)(shi)用(yong)效(xiao)率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)(tong)機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同(tong)(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接軸與其(qi)他零件（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。
