


內齒(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)是由齒(chi)(chi)數相同的內齒(chi)(chi)圈和帶外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)的凸(tu)緣半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)等零件組成。外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)分(fen)為直齒(chi)(chi)和鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)兩種(zhong)齒(chi)(chi)形,所謂鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)即為將外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)制(zhi)成球(qiu)面,球(qiu)面中心在齒(chi)(chi)輪軸線上(shang),齒(chi)(chi)側(ce)間隙(xi)較一(yi)般齒(chi)(chi)輪大,鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)可允(yun)許較大的角位(wei)移(相對于直齒(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)),可改善(shan)齒(chi)(chi)的接觸(chu)條件,提高傳遞轉(zhuan)矩的能力,延(yan)長(chang)使(shi)用壽(shou)命。



內齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)聯軸器在工作(zuo)時,兩軸產生(sheng)相(xiang)對(dui)位移,內外齒(chi)(chi)的齒(chi)(chi)面周期性(xing)作(zuo)軸向相(xiang)對(dui)滑(hua)動,必然(ran)形成齒(chi)(chi)面磨損(sun)和功率損(sun)耗,因此齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)聯軸器需在良好潤滑(hua)和密封的狀態下工作(zuo)。



內齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器徑向尺寸小,承載能力大,常用(yong)于(yu)(yu)低速重載工況條件(jian)的軸(zhou)系傳動,如冶(ye)金、礦(kuang)山、起(qi)重運輸行業,也適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)石油、化工、通用(yong)機(ji)械等(deng)行業。高精度并(bing)經動平衡的齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器可用(yong)于(yu)(yu)高速傳動,如燃汽輪機(ji)的軸(zhou)系傳動。由于(yu)(yu)鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器的角向補償大于(yu)(yu)直齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器,國內外均(jun)廣泛(fan)采(cai)用(yong)鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器。
