WG型鼓型齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)是由齒(chi)(chi)數相同的(de)(de)(de)內齒(chi)(chi)圈和(he)帶外齒(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)凸緣半聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)等零(ling)件(jian)組(zu)成(cheng)。外齒(chi)(chi)分為直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)和(he)鼓形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)兩種齒(chi)(chi)形(xing)(xing),所謂鼓形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)即為將外齒(chi)(chi)制(zhi)成(cheng)球(qiu)面,球(qiu)面中心在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)輪軸線上,齒(chi)(chi)側間隙(xi)較一(yi)般齒(chi)(chi)輪大(da),鼓形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)可允許較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)角位移(相對于直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)),可改(gai)善齒(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)接觸條件(jian),提高傳遞(di)轉(zhuan)矩的(de)(de)(de)能力,延長(chang)使用(yong)壽命。
