卷筒聯軸器由帶鼓形齒(chi)的(de)外齒(chi)軸套、帶聯接法(fa)蘭和(he)內齒(chi)圈的(de)外套、帶外球面(mian)的(de)承載環、端蓋(gai)和(he)密封圈等組成,并設有定位磨損指針、潤滑油孔和(he)通(tong)氣孔等。
外齒(chi)軸(zhou)套(tao)和(he)外套(tao)構成的(de)(de)鼓形(xing)齒(chi)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器傳遞驅動功率(lv), 而由承(cheng)載(zai)環的(de)(de)外球(qiu)面和(he)外套(tao)的(de)(de)內承(cheng)載(zai)面形(xing)成的(de)(de)接觸副構成自(zi)動調位的(de)(de)球(qiu)面軸(zhou)承(cheng),承(cheng)受徑向載(zai)荷。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器的(de)(de)內、外齒(chi)嚙合(he)在油浴中工作,通過內外端蓋、密封圈防止潤滑脂泄漏。
