可以用專用型的短齒型端銑刀和插刀生產加工內外齒在散件、小大批量生產時,還可以選用規范端銑刀用上下選擇法開展生產加工亦稱之為上下徑向竄刀功。即先將端銑刀軸向選擇到傳動齒輪要求的齒全深,隨后依據評測齒厚容量,使端銑刀各自作相等的上下徑向選擇走刀,做到工程圖紙規定的齒厚見圖。這類方式盡管在一般傳動齒輪生產廠能夠選用,但實際操作不便,效率低,且易導致齒型偏差,危害齒型精密度。短齒型鼓形齒聯軸器,在(zai)中國(guo)目(mu)前(qian)傳動齒輪生產制造標準下是(shi)無法(fa)普遍推廣(guang)的,不(bu)適合做(zuo)為在(zai)我國(guo)鼓形齒聯軸器(qi)的規范(fan)系(xi)列產品。
