星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨(an)脂彈性體(ti)由凸形爪塊限(xian)制(zhi)。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎式聯軸器缺(que)點是(shi)承載能(neng)力(li)不(bu)高、外(wai)形尺寸(cun)較大(da)(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)扭轉(zhuan)角的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)外(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺寸(cun)略有減小,將在兩軸(zhou)(zhou)上產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)承負(fu)載加(jia)大(da)(da)而降低壽命。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)高速運轉(zhuan)時(shi),輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)外(wai)緣由于離心力(li)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用而向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將進一步增(zeng)大(da)(da)附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)。為此,在安裝(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應(ying)采取措施,使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)中的(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相反(fan),以(yi)抵消部分(fen)附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li),達到(dao)改善(shan)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)(de)工(gong)和(he)條(tiao)件。
輪胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器由于(yu)種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)原因使其(qi)(qi)質心或(huo)慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)(qi)加轉軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線不(bu)重合,在運(yun)轉時(shi)將產生不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)離(li)心慣(guan)性力(li)、離(li)心慣(guan)性力(li)偶和動撓度(振型(xing))的(de)現(xian)象,稱為轉子的(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)現(xian)象,這種(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)現(xian)象必(bi)然引起軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系的(de)振動,從而影響機(ji)器的(de)正常工(gong)作和使用壽命,因而對其(qi)(qi)必(bi)須加以重視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
