


鼓(gu)(gu)型齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)是由齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)數相同的(de)內齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)和(he)帶外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)凸緣半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)等零件(jian)組成(cheng)。外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)分(fen)為直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)形,所謂鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)即為將外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)制成(cheng)球面,球面中心在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪軸(zhou)線(xian)上,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)側間隙較一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪大,鼓(gu)(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可允許較大的(de)角位移(相對于(yu)直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)),可改善齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)接觸(chu)條(tiao)件(jian),提(ti)高(gao)傳遞轉矩的(de)能力,延長使用壽(shou)命。



鼓型齒式(shi)聯軸器在工(gong)作(zuo)時,兩軸產生(sheng)相對位移,內外齒的齒面周期性作(zuo)軸向相對滑(hua)動,必然形成齒面磨損(sun)和功(gong)率損(sun)耗,因此齒式(shi)聯軸器需在良好潤滑(hua)和密封的狀態下工(gong)作(zuo)。



鼓(gu)型齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)徑向尺寸小(xiao),承載(zai)能力大,常用(yong)于低速重載(zai)工況條件的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系(xi)傳動(dong),如冶金(jin)、礦山、起重運輸行(xing)業,也適用(yong)于石油、化工、通用(yong)機械(xie)等行(xing)業。高精度并經(jing)動(dong)平衡的(de)齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)可用(yong)于高速傳動(dong),如燃汽輪(lun)機的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系(xi)傳動(dong)。由于鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)角向補(bu)償(chang)大于直齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi),國內外(wai)均廣泛采用(yong)鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)。
