對輪聯(lian)軸器(qi)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作過(guo)程中(zhong),并(bing)且會帶來燃(ran)油消耗空氣(qi)污染等后果(guo),由于承受(shou)咬入沖擊(ji)動載荷,使得(de)聯(lian)軸器(qi)受(shou)到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)軸器(qi)承載能力下降,并(bing)在(zai)(zai)短時間(jian)內失效,從而直接影(ying)響(xiang)其(qi)正常工(gong)作,其(qi)中(zhong)的(de)較(jiao)薄(bo)弱環節(jie)進行替(ti)換或維修是重(zhong)要和(he)實(shi)用的(de)。聯(lian)軸器(qi)兩軸相(xiang)對半(ban)徑變位要求較(jiao)好,找耦合同(tong)心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)(zai)很大(da)(da)困難。如果(guo)在(zai)(zai)駕駛(shi)過(guo)程中(zhong)螺栓松動,泵裝置的(de)振動和(he)噪音可能會變大(da)(da)。
