可調節方向的齒(chi)(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)軸器(qi)是由齒(chi)(chi)(chi)數相同的內齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈和帶(dai)外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的凸緣(yuan)半聯(lian)軸器(qi)等零件組成。外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)分為直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)和鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing),所謂鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)即為將外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)制成球(qiu)(qiu)面,球(qiu)(qiu)面中心在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)軸線上,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)側間隙較一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)大(da),鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)可允許較大(da)的角位移(相對于直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)),可改善齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的接觸條(tiao)件,提高傳(chuan)遞轉矩(ju)的能力,延長使用(yong)壽命。
可調節方向的(de)齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器在工作時,兩(liang)軸(zhou)產生相對(dui)位移,內外(wai)齒(chi)的(de)齒(chi)面周期性(xing)作軸(zhou)向相對(dui)滑動,必然(ran)形成齒(chi)面磨損和功率損耗,因此齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)器需在良好潤滑和密封(feng)的(de)狀態下(xia)工作。
可調節(jie)方向的齒式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)徑(jing)向尺(chi)寸小,承載能(neng)力大(da),常(chang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)低(di)速重(zhong)(zhong)載工況(kuang)條件的軸(zhou)系傳動(dong),如冶金、礦山、起重(zhong)(zhong)運輸行業(ye),也適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)石(shi)油、化工、通用(yong)(yong)(yong)機械等行業(ye)。高精度并經動(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)的齒式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)高速傳動(dong),如燃(ran)汽輪機的軸(zhou)系傳動(dong)。由于(yu)鼓形齒式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的角(jiao)向補償大(da)于(yu)直齒式聯軸(zhou)器(qi),國內外(wai)均廣泛采用(yong)(yong)(yong)鼓形齒式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。
