對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)程中,并且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污(wu)染等后(hou)果(guo)(guo),由于承受咬入沖(chong)擊動載(zai)荷,使得聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器受到(dao)峰值(zhi)轉矩,聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器承載(zai)能(neng)(neng)力(li)下降,并在(zai)短時間內失效,從而直接影響(xiang)其(qi)正常工(gong)作(zuo),其(qi)中的(de)較薄弱環節進行替換或維修是重要(yao)和(he)實用的(de)。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對半徑變(bian)(bian)位(wei)要(yao)求較好,找耦合同心度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很大(da)困難。如果(guo)(guo)在(zai)駕駛過(guo)(guo)程中螺栓松動,泵裝(zhuang)置的(de)振動和(he)噪(zao)音可能(neng)(neng)會變(bian)(bian)大(da)。
