膜(mo)片(pian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)是由齒(chi)(chi)(chi)數相同的(de)內齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈和(he)帶(dai)外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)凸緣半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)等零件組成。外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)分為直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing),所謂鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)即為將外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)制成球面,球面中(zhong)心(xin)在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪軸(zhou)線上,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)側(ce)間(jian)隙較一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪大(da)(da),鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可允(yun)許(xu)較大(da)(da)的(de)角位(wei)移(相對于(yu)直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)),可改(gai)善齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)接觸條件,提(ti)高傳遞轉矩的(de)能(neng)力,延長(chang)使用(yong)壽命。
膜片(pian)齒(chi)式聯(lian)軸器在工作(zuo)時,兩軸產生相對位移,內外齒(chi)的(de)(de)齒(chi)面(mian)周期(qi)性(xing)作(zuo)軸向相對滑動,必(bi)然(ran)形成(cheng)齒(chi)面(mian)磨損和功率損耗(hao),因(yin)此齒(chi)式聯(lian)軸器需在良(liang)好潤滑和密封的(de)(de)狀態下工作(zuo)。
膜片(pian)齒(chi)(chi)式聯軸器(qi)徑向尺寸小,承載能力(li)大,常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)低速(su)重載工況條件的(de)(de)軸系(xi)傳動,如冶金、礦山(shan)、起重運輸行(xing)業,也適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)石油、化工、通用(yong)(yong)機械等行(xing)業。高精度并(bing)經(jing)動平衡(heng)的(de)(de)齒(chi)(chi)式聯軸器(qi)可(ke)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)高速(su)傳動,如燃汽輪(lun)機的(de)(de)軸系(xi)傳動。由于(yu)鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)式聯軸器(qi)的(de)(de)角向補償(chang)大于(yu)直齒(chi)(chi)式聯軸器(qi),國內(nei)外均廣泛采用(yong)(yong)鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)式聯軸器(qi)。
