冶金(jin)鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器是由齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)數相同的(de)內(nei)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈和帶(dai)外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)凸(tu)緣半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器等零(ling)件組(zu)成。外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)分為直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing),所謂鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)即為將(jiang)外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)制成球(qiu)面(mian),球(qiu)面(mian)中心在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪軸(zhou)線上(shang),齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)側間隙較(jiao)一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪大,鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可允許(xu)較(jiao)大的(de)角位移(相對于直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器),可改(gai)善齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)接(jie)觸條件,提(ti)高傳遞轉矩的(de)能(neng)力,延長使用壽命。
冶(ye)金鼓(gu)形(xing)齒式聯軸(zhou)器在(zai)工作時,兩軸(zhou)產生相(xiang)對位移(yi),內外齒的齒面(mian)周期性作軸(zhou)向相(xiang)對滑動,必然形(xing)成齒面(mian)磨(mo)損和(he)功率損耗,因此齒式聯軸(zhou)器需在(zai)良(liang)好潤滑和(he)密封(feng)的狀態下工作。
冶(ye)金鼓(gu)形齒(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)徑向尺寸(cun)小,承載能力大,常(chang)用(yong)于(yu)低速重載工況條件的(de)軸(zhou)系(xi)傳動(dong),如(ru)冶(ye)金、礦山(shan)、起重運(yun)輸行業,也(ye)適用(yong)于(yu)石油(you)、化工、通(tong)用(yong)機械等行業。高精度并經動(dong)平衡的(de)齒(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可用(yong)于(yu)高速傳動(dong),如(ru)燃汽輪(lun)機的(de)軸(zhou)系(xi)傳動(dong)。由于(yu)鼓(gu)形齒(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)角向補償大于(yu)直齒(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi),國內外均廣(guang)泛采用(yong)鼓(gu)形齒(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。
