在相同的內齒套外徑和聯軸器外徑下,齒式聯軸器的承(cheng)載能力平均(jun)比直齒式(shi)聯軸器提(ti)(ti)高16~21%;當徑(jing)向位移(yi)等于零(ling)時,直齒式(shi)聯軸器的許(xu)用(yong)角(jiao)位移(yi)為(wei)1°,而齒式(shi)聯軸器的許(xu)用(yong)角(jiao)位移(yi)為(wei)1°30',提(ti)(ti)高51%。在相同的模(mo)數(shu)、齒數(shu)、齒寬下,鼓形(xing)齒比直齒允(yun)許(xu)的角(jiao)位移(yi)大(da),鼓型齒式(shi)聯軸器的加工(gong)一般(ban)有二種方法,即(ji)變(bian)為(wei)加工(gong)法和包絡加工(gong)法。
齒機加工鼓型齒,齒坯只作回轉運動,滾刀中心作圓弧運動,完成對齒坯的垂直進給與水平進給,滾齒機附帶加工鼓型齒的滾刀進給機構時采用此法,此種方法目前較常用。鼓形齒式聯軸器屬于剛撓性聯軸器,齒式聯軸器是由齒數相同的內齒圈和帶外齒的凸緣半聯軸器等零件組成。外齒分為直齒和鼓形齒兩種齒形,所謂鼓形齒即為將外齒制成球面,球面中心在齒輪軸線上,齒側間隙較一般齒輪大,鼓形齒聯軸器可允許較大的角位移(相對(dui)于直齒(chi)聯軸器),可改(gai)善齒(chi)的接觸條件,提高傳(chuan)遞轉矩的能力,延長使用壽(shou)命。

有(you)角(jiao)位移時沿(yan)齒(chi)(chi)寬的(de)接觸(chu)狀態(tai)。齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)在工(gong)作(zuo)時,兩軸(zhou)(zhou)產生相對角(jiao)位移,內外齒(chi)(chi)的(de)齒(chi)(chi)面(mian)周期性作(zuo)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)相對滑動(dong),必然形(xing)(xing)成齒(chi)(chi)面(mian)磨(mo)損和功率消(xiao)耗,因(yin)此,齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)需在有(you)良好(hao)和密封的(de)狀態(tai)下工(gong)作(zuo)。齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)徑向(xiang)尺寸(cun)小(xiao),承載能力大(da),常用于(yu)(yu)低速(su)重載工(gong)況條件的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)系傳(chuan)動(dong),高精度并經(jing)動(dong)平衡的(de)齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可用于(yu)(yu)高速(su)傳(chuan)動(dong),如燃汽輪(lun)機的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)系傳(chuan)動(dong)。由于(yu)(yu)鼓形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)角(jiao)向(xiang)補償大(da)于(yu)(yu)直齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi),國內外均廣(guang)泛采用鼓形(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi),直齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)屬于(yu)(yu)被淘汰的(de)產品,選用者應盡(jin)量不選用。
齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器是由(you)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)數(shu)相同的(de)內齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈(quan)和(he)帶外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)凸緣半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器等零件組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)分為直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種(zhong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing),所(suo)謂(wei)鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)即為將(jiang)外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)制成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)球(qiu)面(mian),球(qiu)面(mian)中心(xin)在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)上(shang),齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)側間隙(xi)較一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)大。齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器在工作(zuo)時,兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)產生相對(dui)角位移,內外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)面(mian)周期性作(zuo)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)相對(dui)滑(hua)動,必然形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)面(mian)磨損(sun)和(he)功率消耗,因此,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器需在有良好和(he)密封的(de)狀態(tai)下工作(zuo)。齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器徑向(xiang)尺(chi)寸小,承載能力大,常用于(yu)低速重(zhong)載工況條件的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系(xi)傳(chuan)動,高(gao)精(jing)度并經(jing)動平衡的(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器可用于(yu)高(gao)速傳(chuan)動,如燃(ran)汽輪(lun)機的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系(xi)傳(chuan)動。
