萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力(li)高，傳動效(xiao)率優異，在(zai)現代工業(ye)領域被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采(cai)用(yong)整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械，起重(zhong)(zhong)運輸機(ji)(ji)械等其他重(zhong)(zhong)型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞(di)運動和(he)扭矩(ju)的(de)機械(xie)部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼(jian)有補償兩軸(zhou)之(zhi)間由于(yu)制造安(an)裝不(bu)精(jing)確、工作時的(de)變形(xing)或熱膨(peng)脹等原(yuan)因所發生的(de)偏(pian)移（包括軸(zhou)向(xiang)偏(pian)移、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移、角偏(pian)移或綜合偏(pian)移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
