GICLZ鼓(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器是由齒(chi)(chi)數相同(tong)的(de)(de)內齒(chi)(chi)圈和帶(dai)外齒(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)凸緣(yuan)半聯(lian)(lian)軸器等零件(jian)組(zu)成。外齒(chi)(chi)分為(wei)直齒(chi)(chi)和鼓(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)兩種齒(chi)(chi)形,所謂鼓(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)即為(wei)將外齒(chi)(chi)制(zhi)成球面,球面中心在齒(chi)(chi)輪軸線上,齒(chi)(chi)側間隙較一(yi)般齒(chi)(chi)輪大,鼓(gu)形齒(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器可允許較大的(de)(de)角位移(相對于直齒(chi)(chi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器),可改善(shan)齒(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)接觸條件(jian),提高傳(chuan)遞轉矩的(de)(de)能力,延長使用壽命。
GICLZ鼓形齒式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)時,兩軸(zhou)產(chan)生(sheng)相對位移,內外齒的齒面(mian)周期性作(zuo)軸(zhou)向相對滑(hua)動,必然形成齒面(mian)磨損(sun)和功率損(sun)耗,因此(ci)齒式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)需在(zai)良好潤滑(hua)和密封的狀態下(xia)工(gong)作(zuo)。
