制造齒(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)軸器(qi)是由齒(chi)(chi)數相同的內齒(chi)(chi)圈和(he)帶外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)的凸緣半聯(lian)軸器(qi)等零件(jian)組(zu)成(cheng)。外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)分為直齒(chi)(chi)和(he)鼓(gu)(gu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)兩(liang)種齒(chi)(chi)形(xing)(xing)(xing),所謂(wei)鼓(gu)(gu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)即為將外(wai)齒(chi)(chi)制成(cheng)球(qiu)面,球(qiu)面中心在齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)軸線上,齒(chi)(chi)側間(jian)隙較(jiao)一般齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)大(da),鼓(gu)(gu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)可允許較(jiao)大(da)的角位移(相對于直齒(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)),可改善(shan)齒(chi)(chi)的接觸條件(jian),提高傳遞(di)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)的能(neng)力,延長使(shi)用壽命。
制造齒式(shi)聯軸器在(zai)工作時(shi),兩軸產生(sheng)相對位移,內外齒的(de)齒面周期性作軸向相對滑動,必然形成齒面磨(mo)損和功率(lv)損耗,因此(ci)齒式(shi)聯軸器需在(zai)良好潤滑和密封的(de)狀態下(xia)工作。
