gicl型(xing)鼓形齒(chi)式聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)是由(you)齒(chi)數相(xiang)同的(de)內齒(chi)圈和帶外齒(chi)的(de)凸(tu)緣半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)等零件(jian)組成(cheng)。外齒(chi)分為直齒(chi)和鼓形齒(chi)兩種齒(chi)形,所謂鼓形齒(chi)即為將外齒(chi)制成(cheng)球(qiu)面,球(qiu)面中心在齒(chi)輪軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線上,齒(chi)側間(jian)隙較一(yi)般(ban)齒(chi)輪大,鼓形齒(chi)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可允許較大的(de)角位移(相(xiang)對于直齒(chi)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)),可改善齒(chi)的(de)接觸條件(jian),提高(gao)傳遞轉矩的(de)能力(li),延長使用(yong)壽(shou)命。
gicl型鼓(gu)形(xing)齒(chi)式聯(lian)軸器在工(gong)作時,兩軸產生(sheng)相(xiang)對位移,內外齒(chi)的齒(chi)面周(zhou)期性作軸向相(xiang)對滑(hua)動(dong),必然(ran)形(xing)成齒(chi)面磨損和功(gong)率損耗,因此齒(chi)式聯(lian)軸器需(xu)在良好潤滑(hua)和密封的狀態(tai)下工(gong)作。
