扭力齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)是由齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)數相(xiang)同的(de)內齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圈和帶外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)凸緣半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)等零(ling)件組成(cheng)。外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)分為直(zhi)(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)形(xing),所謂鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)即(ji)為將外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)制成(cheng)球面,球面中心在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪軸(zhou)(zhou)線上,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)側間隙較一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪大(da),鼓形(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可允許較大(da)的(de)角位(wei)移(相(xiang)對于直(zhi)(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)),可改善齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)接觸條件,提高傳(chuan)遞轉矩的(de)能力,延長使用壽(shou)命。
扭力齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器在工作(zuo)時,兩軸(zhou)產生相對位移,內外齒(chi)(chi)的(de)齒(chi)(chi)面(mian)周期性作(zuo)軸(zhou)向相對滑(hua)動,必然形成齒(chi)(chi)面(mian)磨(mo)損(sun)和功率損(sun)耗(hao),因此齒(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器需在良好潤滑(hua)和密(mi)封(feng)的(de)狀態(tai)下工作(zuo)。
扭(niu)力齒(chi)式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器徑向尺寸(cun)小,承載(zai)能力大,常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)低速重載(zai)工(gong)況條件的軸(zhou)系(xi)傳(chuan)動(dong),如(ru)冶(ye)金(jin)、礦山、起重運輸行業(ye),也(ye)適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)石油、化(hua)工(gong)、通用(yong)(yong)機械等行業(ye)。高精度(du)并經動(dong)平衡的齒(chi)式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器可(ke)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)高速傳(chuan)動(dong),如(ru)燃汽輪機的軸(zhou)系(xi)傳(chuan)動(dong)。由于(yu)鼓形齒(chi)式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器的角向補(bu)償大于(yu)直齒(chi)式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器,國內外均(jun)廣泛采用(yong)(yong)鼓形齒(chi)式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器。
