鼓形齒式聯軸器檢修時一般先檢查聯軸器齒面嚙合情況,其接觸面積沿齒高不小于50%,沿齒寬不小于70%,齒面不得有嚴重點蝕、磨損和裂紋。鼓形齒式聯軸器外(wai)齒圈(quan)全圓跳動不大于0.03mm,端面圓跳動不大于0.02mm。若須(xu)拆下齒圈(quan)時,必須(xu)用專用工具(ju),不可敲打(da),以免使軸(zhou)彎曲(qu)或(huo)損傷。當回裝時,應將(jiang)齒圈(quan)加熱到200℃左右再裝到軸(zhou)上。外(wai)齒圈(quan)與軸(zhou)的過盈量一般為0.01~0.03mm。

鼓形齒聯軸器可允(yun)許較大(da)的(de)角(jiao)位(wei)(wei)移,可改善齒(chi)的(de)接觸條件,提高傳遞轉矩的(de)能力,延長(chang)使用(yong)壽命。鼓形齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)工作時,兩軸(zhou)(zhou)產生相對位(wei)(wei)移,內(nei)外齒(chi)的(de)齒(chi)面周期性作軸(zhou)(zhou)向相對滑動(dong),必然形成齒(chi)面磨損和(he)功率損耗,因此鼓形齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)需(xu)在(zai)良好潤滑和(he)密封的(de)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)工作。鼓形齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)徑向尺寸小,承載能力大(da),長(chang)用(yong)于低速重載工況條件的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)系(xi)傳動(dong),高精(jing)度并經動(dong)平(ping)衡(heng)的(de)鼓形齒(chi)式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可用(yong)于高速傳動(dong),如燃汽輪機的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)系(xi)傳動(dong)。
鼓形(xing)齒式聯軸器(qi)鑄件(jian)由(you)于(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)藝的特殊性(xing),鑄件(jian)表面(mian)容易銹蝕(shi),生銹后很難(nan)處(chu)理(li),如不(bu)(bu)(bu)引起重(zhong)視,不(bu)(bu)(bu)但工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的防銹蝕(shi)能力較差,裝飾性(xing)也不(bu)(bu)(bu)好,對此鼓形(xing)齒式聯軸器(qi)企業在對鑄件(jian)提出較高(gao)的耐蝕(shi)性(xing)要求(qiu)的同時,根據鑄件(jian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)條(tiao)件(jian),要求(qiu)對鑄件(jian)(鑄鐵、鑄鋼)進行常(chang)溫發黑(hei)、磷化處(chu)理(li)和其它特殊的防銹處(chu)理(li)。起動頻繁、正反(fan)轉、制(zhi)(zhi)動時的轉矩是正常(chang)平穩(wen)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時轉矩的數倍,是超(chao)載工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),必然(ran)縮短(duan)聯軸器(qi)彈性(xing)元件(jian)使(shi)用(yong)壽命,聯軸器(qi)只允許短(duan)時超(chao)載。
