限距型(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)式(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器是由齒(chi)(chi)(chi)數(shu)相(xiang)同的內齒(chi)(chi)(chi)圈和(he)帶外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的凸緣(yuan)半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器等零件(jian)組(zu)成。外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)分為直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)鼓形齒(chi)(chi)(chi)兩種(zhong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)形,所謂鼓形齒(chi)(chi)(chi)即為將(jiang)外齒(chi)(chi)(chi)制(zhi)成球面,球面中(zhong)心(xin)在齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪軸(zhou)線上,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)側間隙較(jiao)一般齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪大(da),鼓形齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可允許較(jiao)大(da)的角(jiao)位(wei)移(yi)(相(xiang)對于(yu)直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器),可改(gai)善齒(chi)(chi)(chi)的接(jie)觸(chu)條件(jian),提高傳遞轉矩的能(neng)力(li),延長使用壽命。
限距型齒式聯軸(zhou)器在(zai)工(gong)作時(shi),兩軸(zhou)產生相對位(wei)移(yi),內(nei)外齒的(de)齒面周(zhou)期性作軸(zhou)向相對滑動,必然(ran)形成齒面磨損和(he)(he)功率(lv)損耗,因此齒式聯軸(zhou)器需在(zai)良(liang)好潤滑和(he)(he)密(mi)封的(de)狀態下工(gong)作。
限距型齒式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)徑(jing)向尺(chi)寸小,承載能力大(da),常用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)低(di)速重載工況條件(jian)的軸(zhou)系(xi)傳動(dong),如冶(ye)金、礦山、起重運輸(shu)行業,也適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)石油(you)、化工、通用(yong)(yong)(yong)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)等(deng)行業。高(gao)精度(du)并經(jing)動(dong)平衡的齒式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)高(gao)速傳動(dong),如燃汽輪機(ji)(ji)的軸(zhou)系(xi)傳動(dong)。由于(yu)(yu)(yu)鼓形齒式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的角(jiao)向補償(chang)大(da)于(yu)(yu)(yu)直齒式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi),國內外均廣(guang)泛采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鼓形齒式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。
