靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接(jie)(jie)起來(lai)一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的機械部(bu)件(jian)。有時也用以(yi)聯接(jie)(jie)軸與(yu)其(qi)他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪(lun)常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分(fen)別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過(guo)某(mou)種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接(jie)起來。
