鼓型齒式聯軸器是一種特別設計的先進齒式聯軸器，其外齒制成球面，球面的中心在齒輪的軸線上，齒側的間隙比一般產品稍大，鼓形齒聯軸器可(ke)以傳遞(di)較大(da)的扭矩和允許較大(da)的角位移，性能優異且壽命更加長久。
As the gear type flexible coupling, it can be applied into various general drive sites. Due to the special hook face drum gear design, in the definitive deviation scope, it can effectively avoid the edge stress concentration at tooth meshing, so it has outstanding radial and angular centering capacity. Moreover, it can ensure long service life. ROD series drum gear coupling is one of Rokee’s core technical products. It has compact and reasonable structure, light weight, small hole-position fitting draw ratio, large pressure angle design, accurate centering and excellent speed performance. The bolt design has been standardized in series, the universality of parts is good and its service life far exceeds the one of domestic products.

輪胎聯軸器采用輪胎體狀橡膠元件(jian)，與兩個半聯經過(guo)螺栓聯接，實現扭矩傳遞和位移補(bu)償。橡膠輪胎聯軸器具有較高的彈性性能(neng)，扭轉剛度(du)小，減震能(neng)力強(qiang)，軸向(xiang)補(bu)償能(neng)力較大，有良(liang)好的阻尼(ni)性能(neng)。
彈性輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)體是輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)必要的(de)備件之(zhi)一(yi)，相應的(de)分為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)體。輪(lun)胎(tai)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)分為(wei)凸(tu)型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩大類，凸(tu)型(xing)又分為(wei)帶骨(gu)架(jia)整(zheng)體式(shi)、無骨(gu)整(zheng)體式(shi)和徑向(xiang)切(qie)口(kou)式(shi)三種(zhong)。輪(lun)胎(tai)環(huan)內側用(yong)硫化方法與鋼質骨(gu)架(jia)粘接成一(yi)體，骨(gu)架(jia)上的(de)螺栓(shuan)(shuan)孔處焊有螺母(mu)。裝(zhuang)配時用(yong)螺栓(shuan)(shuan)與兩半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)凸(tu)緣(yuan)連接，依靠擰緊螺栓(shuan)(shuan)使輪(lun)胎(tai)與凸(tu)緣(yuan)端面(mian)之(zhi)間(jian)產生的(de)摩(mo)擦力(li)來傳(chuan)遞轉(zhuan)矩(ju)，輪(lun)胎(tai)環(huan)工(gong)作時發生扭轉(zhuan)剪切(qie)變形，故(gu)輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有很高的(de)彈性，補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)位(wei)移的(de)能力(li)較大，并有良好的(de)阻尼，而且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和維護都比(bi)較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承載(zai)能力(li)(li)不高、外形(xing)尺寸較大(da)(da)，隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉角的(de)(de)(de)增加(jia)(jia)使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)外形(xing)扭歪，軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減(jian)小(xiao)，將在(zai)(zai)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)上產生(sheng)(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)，使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承負載(zai)加(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)而(er)降(jiang)低壽命。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)高速運轉時(shi)，輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)外緣由于離心力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)而(er)向(xiang)外擴張，將進一步增大(da)(da)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此，在(zai)(zai)安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應(ying)采取措施，使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)與工作(zuo)時(shi)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)相反，以抵消(xiao)部分附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)，達到改善(shan)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)(de)(de)工和(he)條件。
輪胎式聯軸器(qi)由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原(yuan)因(yin)使其(qi)(qi)質心或慣(guan)性主軸與其(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)軸線(xian)不(bu)(bu)重合，在運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時將(jiang)產生不(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡離心慣(guan)性力、離心慣(guan)性力偶和(he)動(dong)撓度（振型）的(de)現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)，稱(cheng)為轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子的(de)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)，這(zhe)種(zhong)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)必然引(yin)起軸系的(de)振動(dong)，從而(er)影響機(ji)器(qi)的(de)正常工作和(he)使用壽命，因(yin)而(er)對(dui)其(qi)(qi)必須加(jia)(jia)以重視(shi)。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
