萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動(dong)效率優異(yi)，在(zai)現代(dai)工(gong)業領域被廣(guang)泛采(cai)用。

SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大(da)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起(qi)重運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既同心又(you)平行，否(fou)則將影(ying)響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相(xiang)對位移，減振(zhen)緩沖，結構簡單，無需潤滑維護方便等特點(dian)。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間(jian)聚(ju)氨(an)脂塑料元件(jian)以獨有(you)配(pei)方(fang)配(pei)制(zhi),具有(you)耐磨性高(gao)抗溫性好(hao)韌性強,與(yu)一般普通塑膠件(jian)質量穩(wen)定耐用. 梅花型體有(you)六瓣和八瓣,根據(ju)客戶要求定制(zhi). 固(gu)定方(fang)式(shi)有(you)鍵槽.

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機構中的主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固地聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩(ju)的機械部件(jian)。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪(lun)常由兩(liang)半(ban)合成，分(fen)別用鍵或緊配合等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接(jie)起來(lai)。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償兩軸(zhou)之間(jian)由(you)于制(zhi)造安裝(zhuang)不精確、工作(zuo)時的變(bian)形(xing)或(huo)熱膨脹等原因所發(fa)生的偏移（包括(kuo)軸(zhou)向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或(huo)綜(zong)合偏移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸(xi)振。

靠背輪為俗稱，專業叫(jiao)法為聯軸器(qi)以及法蘭(lan)，用于機械設(she)備的連接。
