卷筒(tong)聯(lian)軸器由帶鼓形(xing)齒的外齒軸套(tao)、帶聯(lian)接(jie)法(fa)蘭和(he)內齒圈的外套(tao)、帶外球面的承載環、端蓋和(he)密封圈等(deng)組成，并設有定(ding)位磨損指針(zhen)、潤滑油孔和(he)通氣孔等(deng)。

外(wai)齒軸(zhou)套(tao)(tao)和(he)外(wai)套(tao)(tao)構成的(de)鼓形齒式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器傳遞驅動功率, 而由承(cheng)載環的(de)外(wai)球(qiu)面(mian)和(he)外(wai)套(tao)(tao)的(de)內承(cheng)載面(mian)形成的(de)接觸副構成自(zi)動調位的(de)球(qiu)面(mian)軸(zhou)承(cheng)，承(cheng)受(shou)徑(jing)向(xiang)載荷(he)。聯軸(zhou)器的(de)內、外(wai)齒嚙(nie)合在油浴中工(gong)作,通過內外(wai)端蓋、密封圈防止(zhi)潤滑脂泄(xie)漏。
