SWP十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)在重載大型裝備(bei)領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉(cha)頭布局，主(zhu)要(yao)用于軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進(jin)行(xing)同(tong)軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用效率(lv)或(huo)造成設備(bei)運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機構中的(de)(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的(de)(de)機械部件。有時也(ye)用(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩半合成，分別(bie)用鍵或(huo)緊配(pei)合等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩半聯(lian)接起來。

靠(kao)背輪(lun)聯軸器可(ke)兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作(zuo)時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生(sheng)的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包(bao)括軸向(xiang)(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜(zong)合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
