SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要用于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機械，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸機械等(deng)其他(ta)重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程中(zhong)都不可(ke)避免地(di)要進行同(tong)軸度的調整(zheng)，使對(dui)輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用效(xiao)率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將(jiang)不(bu)同機構(gou)中的(de)主動軸和(he)從(cong)動軸牢固地聯接起(qi)來(lai)一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和(he)扭(niu)矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有(you)時也用(yong)以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪(lun)常(chang)由兩半(ban)合成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯(lian)接起來(lai)。
