SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近(jin)，主要(yao)運用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距(ju)離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝(zhuang)過(guo)程中都不可避(bi)免地要進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對(dui)輪既同心又(you)平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響機泵使用(yong)效率(lv)或造成設(she)備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接(jie)的聯軸(zhou)器。它(ta)可(ke)以將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連接(jie)在一(yi)起，以此達到一(yi)同旋轉的目的，并傳(chuan)遞運動機(ji)械(xie)零(ling)件，有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零(ling)件。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有減速、增速、變向和換向等動作以及緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)的(de)作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為(wei)剛(gang)性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和撓(nao)性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前(qian)者不具(ju)有緩沖性(xing)和補(bu)償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對位移(yi)的(de)能力(li)，但結構簡單，制造(zao)成(cheng)本較低(di)，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機構中的(de)主動軸和從動軸牢(lao)固地聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭(niu)矩的(de)機械(xie)部(bu)件。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)軸與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種(zhong)方式將兩(liang)半聯接(jie)起來。
