SWP十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式(shi)叉頭(tou)布(bu)局(ju)，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在(zai)重載(zai)大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)整(zheng)體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他(ta)重型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接起來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有時也(ye)用(yong)以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩半(ban)(ban)合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配合等聯接，緊固(gu)在兩軸(zhou)端(duan)，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩半(ban)(ban)聯接起來。
