萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力(li)高，傳動(dong)效率優(you)異，在現(xian)代工業領(ling)域被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)使用的場合相(xiang)近，主(zhu)要運用在重(zhong)載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避(bi)免(mian)地要進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)(shi)對輪既同心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使(shi)(shi)用效率或造(zao)成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機構中(zhong)的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固(gu)地聯(lian)接(jie)起來一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并(bing)傳遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩半合(he)成，分別(bie)用鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩軸(zhou)端，再通過(guo)某(mou)種(zhong)方式將兩半聯接(jie)起(qi)來。
