SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)(zhong)運輸機械等其他(ta)重(zhong)(zhong)型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則將影響機泵使用(yong)效率或造成設備運行事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同(tong)機(ji)構中的主動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地聯接起來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以(yi)聯接軸與其(qi)他(ta)零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩半合(he)成，分(fen)別用(yong)鍵或緊(jin)配(pei)合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩軸端，再(zai)通過某(mou)種(zhong)方式將兩半聯接(jie)起來(lai)。

靠背(bei)輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可兼有補償兩軸(zhou)之(zhi)間由于(yu)制造安裝(zhuang)不精確、工作時(shi)的變形或(huo)熱膨脹等原因所發(fa)生的偏移（包括軸(zhou)向偏移、徑(jing)向偏移、角偏移或(huo)綜(zong)合偏移）；以(yi)及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振。
