SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器使(shi)用(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的機泵在(zai)安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要(yao)進(jin)行同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

風機(ji)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具有減速、增速、變向和換向等動作以(yi)及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可分為(wei)剛性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器和撓(nao)性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器兩大類。前者不具有緩(huan)沖性和補償兩軸(zhou)線相對(dui)位移的能力，但結構簡單，制造(zao)成本較低，裝拆、維(wei)護方便。
