SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在重載大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起(qi)重(zhong)運(yun)輸機(ji)械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)(yong)相(xiang)當廣(guang)泛的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避免地要(yao)進行同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)使用效率或造成(cheng)設備(bei)運行事故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)(ji)連(lian)接的(de)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同機(ji)(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊(jin)密(mi)連(lian)接在一起(qi)，以此(ci)達到一同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)(ji)械零(ling)件，有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零(ling)件。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具有減速、增速、變向和(he)(he)換向等動作(zuo)以(yi)及緩(huan)和(he)(he)沖擊(ji)、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分(fen)為剛(gang)性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)(he)撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類(lei)。前(qian)者不(bu)具有緩(huan)沖性(xing)和(he)(he)補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對位移(yi)的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆(chai)、維(wei)護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸和(he)從(cong)動(dong)軸牢固地(di)聯接起來一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械(xie)部件。有(you)時也用(yong)以聯接軸與其他零件（如(ru)齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪(lun)常由兩半(ban)合(he)成，分(fen)別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯接，緊固在(zai)兩軸端(duan)，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩半(ban)聯接起來。

靠(kao)背輪聯(lian)軸器(qi)可兼有補償(chang)兩軸之(zhi)間由于(yu)制造(zao)安裝不精(jing)確、工作時的變形或(huo)熱(re)膨脹(zhang)等原(yuan)因所發生的偏移（包括軸向(xiang)偏移、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏移、角偏移或(huo)綜合偏移）；以及緩(huan)和(he)沖擊、吸振。
