SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器使(shi)用的場合相近，主要運用在重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離(li)可達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬向聯軸器。

風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)風機連接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)聯(lian)軸器。它可以(yi)將不同(tong)機構中(zhong)的(de)(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊(jin)密連接(jie)(jie)在一起，以(yi)此達到一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)，并傳遞運動(dong)機械零件，有時也(ye)用以(yi)聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)軸與(yu)其他零件。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具有減速(su)(su)、增速(su)(su)、變(bian)向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以(yi)及緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振的作用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和撓(nao)性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前者(zhe)不具有緩沖性(xing)和補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)線相對位(wei)移(yi)的能(neng)力，但(dan)結構簡(jian)單，制造成本較(jiao)低，裝拆(chai)、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接(jie)起來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機(ji)械(xie)部件。有(you)時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固在兩軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原(yuan)因所發生的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
