SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等(deng)其他(ta)重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離(li)可達(da)30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構(gou)中(zhong)的(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢(lao)固(gu)地聯接起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件(jian)。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合等(deng)聯(lian)接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩軸端，再(zai)通(tong)過某種方式(shi)將兩半聯(lian)接(jie)起(qi)來(lai)。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安(an)裝不精確、工作時的變形(xing)或熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)等原(yuan)因所(suo)發(fa)生的偏(pian)移（包(bao)括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)移、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏(pian)移、角偏(pian)移或綜合(he)偏(pian)移）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振。
