卷筒聯(lian)軸器由帶鼓形齒(chi)的外(wai)(wai)齒(chi)軸套(tao)、帶聯(lian)接法蘭和內齒(chi)圈的外(wai)(wai)套(tao)、帶外(wai)(wai)球面的承載(zai)環(huan)、端蓋和密(mi)封(feng)圈等組成,并設(she)有(you)定位磨(mo)損指(zhi)針、潤滑(hua)油孔(kong)和通氣孔(kong)等。
外(wai)齒軸套和(he)外(wai)套構成(cheng)的(de)鼓形齒式聯(lian)軸器傳(chuan)遞驅動功率(lv), 而由承載環的(de)外(wai)球面(mian)和(he)外(wai)套的(de)內承載面(mian)形成(cheng)的(de)接觸副(fu)構成(cheng)自(zi)動調位的(de)球面(mian)軸承,承受徑向(xiang)載荷(he)。聯(lian)軸器的(de)內、外(wai)齒嚙合在油浴中(zhong)工作,通過內外(wai)端蓋、密(mi)封(feng)圈防止潤滑脂泄漏(lou)。
