SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距(ju)離(li)可(ke)達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調(diao)整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機泵使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運行事故。
