卷筒聯(lian)軸器(qi)由帶(dai)鼓形(xing)齒(chi)的外(wai)齒(chi)軸套(tao)(tao)、帶(dai)聯(lian)接法蘭和內(nei)齒(chi)圈(quan)的外(wai)套(tao)(tao)、帶(dai)外(wai)球(qiu)面的承載環、端蓋和密(mi)封圈(quan)等(deng)(deng)組成(cheng),并設有定位磨損(sun)指針(zhen)、潤滑油孔(kong)和通氣(qi)孔(kong)等(deng)(deng)。
外齒軸套(tao)和外套(tao)構成(cheng)的(de)(de)鼓形齒式聯軸器傳遞驅動(dong)功率(lv), 而由承載(zai)環的(de)(de)外球面(mian)和外套(tao)的(de)(de)內承載(zai)面(mian)形成(cheng)的(de)(de)接觸副構成(cheng)自動(dong)調位(wei)的(de)(de)球面(mian)軸承,承受徑(jing)向載(zai)荷(he)。聯軸器的(de)(de)內、外齒嚙(nie)合在(zai)油浴中工作,通過(guo)內外端蓋、密封圈防止潤滑脂泄漏。
