SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器使用(yong)的場(chang)合(he)相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大(da)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械等(deng)其他重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的(de)調整(zheng)，使(shi)(shi)對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)(shi)用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成(cheng)設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機構中的(de)主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一(yi)同旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)，并傳遞(di)運動和扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有(you)時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合成，分別(bie)用鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配(pei)合等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過(guo)某種方(fang)式(shi)將(jiang)兩(liang)半(ban)聯接起來。
