SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合(he)相近，主(zhu)要(yao)運(yun)用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起(qi)重運輸機械(xie)等其(qi)他(ta)重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效(xiao)率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構(gou)中(zhong)的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)他(ta)零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背(bei)輪常(chang)由兩半(ban)合成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配(pei)合等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩軸端，再通(tong)過某(mou)種方(fang)式(shi)將兩半(ban)聯接起來。
