
輪胎聯軸器采(cai)用輪胎(tai)體(ti)狀橡膠元(yuan)件,與兩個半聯經(jing)過(guo)螺栓聯接,實現(xian)扭矩傳遞和位移補(bu)償(chang)。橡膠輪胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)器具有(you)較高的(de)彈性(xing)性(xing)能(neng)(neng),扭轉剛度小,減震能(neng)(neng)力強,軸(zhou)向補(bu)償(chang)能(neng)(neng)力較大(da),有(you)良好(hao)的(de)阻尼(ni)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)。
彈(dan)性輪胎聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器輪胎體(ti)是輪胎聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器必要的備件之一,相應的分(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪胎體(ti)。輪胎式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器分(fen)為凸(tu)型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩(liang)大類,凸(tu)型(xing)又分(fen)為帶(dai)骨(gu)架(jia)整體(ti)式(shi)(shi)、無骨(gu)整體(ti)式(shi)(shi)和徑向(xiang)切口式(shi)(shi)三種。輪胎環內側用硫(liu)化方法(fa)與(yu)鋼質骨(gu)架(jia)粘(zhan)接成一體(ti),骨(gu)架(jia)上的螺(luo)栓孔處焊(han)有螺(luo)母。裝配時(shi)用螺(luo)栓與(yu)兩(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器的凸(tu)緣(yuan)連接,依靠擰緊螺(luo)栓使(shi)輪胎與(yu)凸(tu)緣(yuan)端面之間(jian)產生的摩擦力來傳(chuan)遞轉矩(ju),輪胎環工作時(shi)發生扭轉剪切變形,故輪胎聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器具有很高(gao)的彈(dan)性,補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對位移的能力較大,并有良(liang)好的阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需(xu)潤滑、裝拆和維護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)(li)(li)不高、外(wai)形尺寸較大,隨著兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對扭轉角的增加(jia)使輪(lun)胎(tai)外(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減(jian)小,將在兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)產生(sheng)較大的附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載加(jia)大而降低壽(shou)命。輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器高速運轉時(shi)(shi),輪(lun)胎(tai)外(wai)緣由于離(li)心力(li)(li)(li)(li)的作用而向(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將進一(yi)步增大附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)(li)。為此,在安裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)(shi)應(ying)采取措施(shi),使輪(lun)胎(tai)中的應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)(li)方向(xiang)與工作時(shi)(shi)產生(sheng)的應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)(li)方向(xiang)相(xiang)反,以抵消部分附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)(li),達(da)到(dao)改善(shan)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的工和(he)條件。
輪胎(tai)式聯軸器由于(yu)種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使(shi)其(qi)質心(xin)(xin)或慣(guan)(guan)性主軸與(yu)其(qi)加(jia)轉軸線不(bu)重合,在運轉時將產生不(bu)平衡(heng)離心(xin)(xin)慣(guan)(guan)性力、離心(xin)(xin)慣(guan)(guan)性力偶和(he)動撓度(振型)的現(xian)(xian)象,稱(cheng)為(wei)轉子的不(bu)平衡(heng)現(xian)(xian)象,這種(zhong)不(bu)平衡(heng)現(xian)(xian)象必(bi)然引(yin)起軸系(xi)的振動,從而影響機器的正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)使(shi)用壽(shou)命,因而對其(qi)必(bi)須加(jia)以重視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
