萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力(li)高，傳動效(xiao)率優異(yi)，在現代工業領域被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布(bu)局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合(he)相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他重型裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是(shi)運用相當(dang)廣泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)使用效率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于電(dian)子裝備行業(ye)、自動化生產線(xian)、輸送機行業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超載(zai)或機(ji)械故障而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)所需扭矩超過(guo)設定值時，它以(yi)打滑形式限制(zhi)傳動(dong)系統(tong)所傳動(dong)的(de)扭力(li)，打滑的(de)同(tong)時也能一個信號輸(shu)出(chu)停掉電(dian)機(ji)和(he)減速機(ji)，當(dang)過(guo)載(zai)情形消失后自行恢復(fu)聯結。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接起來一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞(di)運(yun)動(dong)和(he)扭矩的(de)機(ji)械部(bu)件。有時(shi)也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分(fen)別用鍵或(huo)緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某種方(fang)式(shi)將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯接起來(lai)。

靠背(bei)輪聯(lian)軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造(zao)安裝不精確、工作時的(de)變形或熱膨(peng)脹等(deng)原因所(suo)發生的(de)偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振。

靠背輪為俗(su)稱，專業叫法(fa)(fa)為聯軸器(qi)以及法(fa)(fa)蘭，用于機械設(she)備的(de)連接(jie)。
